We have plans available to choose from or we can design a plan that fits exactly what you need. With over 12 years experience, we understand that some people prefer to simplify the process and do a 'semi-custom' build where they would like to select only the finishes (the details that are seen, such as: lighting, plumbing, flooring, countertops, tile, cabinetry and interior/exterior paint colors). If thats something you're interested in we have a few fantastic options for you.
